Financial Mediation
Most clients using this service tend to have difficulty dealing with their Bank or financial provider and have fallen into arrears. With the introduction of the Mediation Bill, you can now have an authorised third party mediate/negotiate with the financial provider on your behalf. This type of mediation can prove quite difficult and it is important you choose a qualified advisor to help you negotiate in these circumstances. However, time is of the essence here as most banks and other lending institutions want where possible to avoid costly litigation through the courts and a restructure can usually be achieved with open dialogue through the mediation process. Denial of debt is not a realistic approach.
